You will find below the terms of the Charter of Trust that binds our company to its partners. This charter is not just a declaration of deontological intent, but a founding document expressing the professional and moral values motivating the members of GALLICE.

These values have always framed the professional lives of GALLICE's founding members. Each of them has been able, in exceptional positions in the service of the State and the general interest, to test the strength of their commitment.

They stubbornly defend the values of democracy, human rights and justice. Our job is no ordinary activity. As such, it must be underpinned by a solid ethical foundation, guaranteeing respect for individuals and institutions, as well as by people with unfailing moral values.

Article 1 :
The GALLICE company and its members have a duty to respect, without prejudice, a moral ethic based on respect for individuals, communities and cultures.

Article 2 :
The GALLICE company and its members have a duty to respect the legal framework of the countries in which they work and, in general, all forms of legality.

Article 3 :
The GALLICE company and its members have a duty to refuse any activity which would be contrary to French interests, whether at the level of individuals, or of the economic and public sphere.

Article 4 :
GALLICE defends its independence and autonomy through total control of its capital, held by natural persons of French nationality, all specialized in security.

Article 5 :
GALLICE has a duty of excellence towards its customers, in order to offer a high level of service under the best possible commercial conditions. It relies on a team of founders and experts of the highest calibre and exceptional competence.

Article 6 :
The GALLICE company has a duty of transparency and honesty towards its customers. It is committed to constantly seeking optimal ways of meeting its customers' expectations, without ever transgressing the company's ethical rules and standards of excellence, or the commitments it has made.

Article 7 :
GALLICE and its members undertake to exercise the utmost discretion in their activities on behalf of their partners, and to respect the confidentiality of information.

Article 10 :
GALLICE is committed to following and applying the evolution of policies, legislation and professional charters governing security and business intelligence activities. It maintains a permanent link with the public authorities, which allows it to be recognized by the French authorities and supervisory bodies.
